What counts as a “governed travel record”?
A confirmed flight, hotel, transfer, or activity that TravelOps has parsed and attached to a trip workspace. Drafts and ignored items don’t count.
What does live flight tracking actually cover?
Eligible upcoming flights in your workspace get a lifecycle-aware refresh schedule (every 12 hours out two weeks, hourly in the last 24 hours, FLIFO + 15-min reconciliation in the last 3 hours, then a final reconciliation 6 hours after terminal state). After that, no more polling.
What are the HotelBeds benchmark refresh limits?
Each benchmark is generated at ingest and can be manually refreshed once per 24 hours. Repeated live availability searches are cached for 10 minutes. We don’t run recurring daily live searches.
Can I book through TravelOps?
No. TravelOps is a trip command center, not a booking portal. We work with whatever channel you already use — and we never ask travelers to switch.
